Something is broken, or you have a question
Useful things to include: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a gift idea landed on the wrong person's list or the AI invented something odd, we would genuinely like to see it — that kind of report is how the extraction gets better.
Remove me, or someone I am responsible for
People end up in Bodhi because a family member added them, not because they signed up. If that is you, or your child, write to us with the name as it would appear and roughly who added it, and we will remove it. We will not make you create an account, and we will not ask you to justify it.
Delete my account and my data

You do not have to ask us — there is a Delete my account button in Settings that does it immediately, and it tells you exactly what will happen to your circles, claims and forwarded messages before you confirm. Write to us instead if you would rather we did it, if you cannot get into your account, or if you want something narrower than the whole account. The same address works for asking what we hold about you, or for having forwarded message text cleared early — see Privacy for what that covers.
You found a security problem
Please tell us before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Reports about other people's family data being reachable go straight to the top of the list. We are a small project and cannot pay a bounty, but we will credit you if you want that.
What to expect
- Bodhi is run by one person, so replies come in days rather than minutes.
- Removal and deletion requests are handled first, ahead of everything else.
- Please do not send anything sensitive by email — a name and enough detail to find the right record is all we need.
